DPO Training Program

• A training course for dedicated Data Protection Officers (DPO), designed for personnel in charge of data protection within agencies/organizations.
• Target participants: Individuals or teams within the dedicated personal data protection unit. Those responsible for ensuring compliance oversight and managing data protection activities.
• Upon completion, participants will have a firm grasp of personal data protection regulations, definitions and provisions within the regulations, master the steps to implement compliance with relevant laws on personal data protection (Cybersecurity Law, Law on Information Security, Decree 13, etc.), and know how to organize and implement technical and administrative measures to protect personal data.

• Organizing the personal data protection unit.
• Coordinating with third parties and partners in personal data protection.
• Developing an internal data protection policy framework.
• Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Implementing technical and administrative solutions for data protection.
